Patsi Turner is the Managing Director/Principal for HR Performance, Inc., a management and HR consultancy. HR Performance has served the business community for 11 years providing a broad range of client services to both private and public organizations. With a company focus on enhancing capabilities and improving processes, HR Performance has successfully helped clients by facilitating off-site team retreats, conducting organizational audits, and identifying and documenting core processes and competencies. Prior to starting her business, Patsi worked as an operational manager for Bellsouth and as an internal consultant to senior leaders and executives for The Coca-Cola Company. Patsi holds an undergraduate degree in Management from Fisk University and a master's degree in Human Resource Development from Georgia State University.
